This week, I cook perkedel and ote-ote. Actually I also cooked bihun goreng jawa but I don't need to put it here as for me it failed even for Vincent's family it was nice.

Perkedel is also called "Indonesian frikandel".
Ote-ote, what it is called in Malang. While, in Banyuwangi, it's called "hongkong". Don't ask me why it's called like that.
